I'm so glad you have stopped by. Life can be stressful and it can open you up to challenging situations and conflict with others in your life and yourself. Trying to tackle these challenges alone can become overwhelming.

That's the beauty of therapy. Therapy is a non-judgmental atmosphere where growth and healing can occur. At Creek Stone Counseling, I have the tools and skills to help you through these situations, which can lead to improved relationships with others and yourself. This can also provide a sense of balance in your everyday walk.

THERAPIST IN MCKINNEY

Meet Kalee

I chose to go into this field because I truly find joy in helping people discover their strength and learn how to take charge of their lives.

My name is Kalee Goodman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ). I received my undergraduate degree in Counseling from Rogers State University and my master's degree in Counseling from Oklahoma State University.

My areas of focus are eating disorders, body image,  depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting,  self-esteem/self-worth, self-harm, couples, and coping with general life stressors.

Since 2014, I have worked in both an inpatient and outpatient treatment center that specializes in eating disorders and body image in adolescents and adults.

My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, comfortable atmosphere that a person can feel safe to explore different ideas and areas of their lives. I also enjoy adding humor to my sessions and believe that laughter is a great healer.

When I am not in a session you can probably find me at brunch enjoying a great cup of coffee or outside somewhere trying to catch up with my toddler!

Please contact me if you have any questions. I would love to get to know you!

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
