Pregnancy &  Postpartum


Becoming a parent can be such a special moment in your life. However, it can also be an overwhelming time full of emotions.  When people ask you " isn't this the best time of your life?" and you feel ashamed that you want to say no. It's okay you are not alone, motherhood is not how the movies play it to be. If you are feeling that something is not quite right, listen to yourself.  It is common to feel anxious or depressed during this time in your life wither you are pregnant or recently had a baby. Even though it is common it is still important to reach out, 1 in 5 women will experience postpartum depression/ anxiety making this one of the highest complications women experience after childbirth. 


 I would like to help teach you how to stay mindful and present while challenging any unhelpful thoughts you might be having.
